Happy Endings Like These Are the Reason We Work So Hard!

When we see a dog or cat find a wonderful home it makes us so happy we can hardly stand it! To watch the animal's journey from being no one's loved boy or girl to a cherished family member inspires us and keeps us doing this good work. Below are pictures and letters that we would like to share with you. If you have adopted an animal from Pickens Animal Rescue, please send us a picture, let us know how he or she is doing and give us some information about you. We love hearing about the animals who are living wonderful lives in their forever homes and will post your pictures and stories on these pages.

Just wanted to give you all an update on Bevis. I was/am very pleased
with how well he was trained when i got him, I have just had to enforce
the basic commands. He has been a joy and created many laughs since i
have brought him home. I have attached a picture of Bevis and I on
Christmas Day 2010.

We adopted Baxter on Saturday and were wondering if there is anything we should know about him. Where did he come from before you fostered him? He is a great dog and is getting along with our pets and kids wonderfully.

Thank you,
Tara

We adopted a puppy from you this past spring and I wanted to let you
know that we have enjoyed him immensely! He house trained in a matter of
days and aside from a little shoe chewing we haven't had any trouble
with him. I have attached a recent picture of him to this email. We
named him Samson.

SPECK (formerly known as Jericho)  August 2009

just wanted to give you an update on "jericho" (aka speck.....)

he turned 4 months old on august 25th & has become quite the character around our house......he's got his quirks, but one look at his face & you can't help but smile. he is relentless in his playful pursuit of his black lab sister cassie & frequently has to be reprimanded for biting. he has an endless amount of energy & has taken to digging up bugs & crunching on them! when we got him, he weighed 12lbs.(my JR is 14lbs.) but the smallness of him has certainly left him! as of today, at 4months & 3 days, he tips the scale at 32lbs. he already has learned his sit command & is pretty good with heeling, but we have to get him trained quickly , if he keeps putting on weight like this, he'll be big AND unruly!!!!!!! he has a liking to eating soaps ,powders, perfumes, deodorants. anything that smells nice & will lick feet, legs arms anything that has a sweet smell. he also likes hair & has gotten my braid a couple of times & played tug of war with it....not really sure if he plans on making me bald & stinky before he becomes the death of me , or if he's just going to do a squeekectomy on me like he does on squeaky toys!!!!LOL!!!!!! his most endearing feature is that he has one ear that flops over & one that sticks up straight!!!! right now, he goes by his indian name of "broken ear", & the vet says he doesn't have full control of those muscles yet, so we'll see!!!!!! either way, he is a quirky little..ooopppssss.... i mean BIG guy & he is definitely loved & cherished here.

i have attached some photos for you & will keep you updated.... jericho thanks you for being such a gr8 foster mommy!!!!

Hello from Murphy (North Carolina):

Don’t mean to bother you but I know you like to know how your adoptions are going.  Cedar continues to command attention everywhere we go.  Here is a shot of him watching me while I was working in the garden down by the creek.  He rides the truck with me everywhere I go.  He and Ranger continue to be best brothers.  Wishing you well. Richard

Hi Valerie.

Mobley is doing great.  Very laid back.  The boys adore him.  He's very loved already.  I attached a picture with my 9 year old.  He loves his new bed and chew toys.  Eating/drinking well.  Thanks again.  :)

Just wanted you to know that Bridgett is doing great.  She is such a well mannered girl, and we are all so happy having her around.  She absolutely loves to be brushed, and she gives lots of great big sloppy puppy dog kisses.  Chasing a tennis ball is her favorite thing in the world as best I can tell. We have all really taken to her, and it is like she has always been with us. The cat even came out of hiding the other day (after only a week, lol)! Here are a couple of pics for you.

Valerie,

Life with Tucker continues to be filled with fun. I'm sure that Fritz
told you that we have a big boy on our hands. We're taking great pride
in knowing that he might be part Newfoundland! The pictures don't show
it, but he has a lot of brown starting to come through the black fur. He
is a really beautiful dog!! We will always be grateful to you for
bringing him into our lives...

Hillery

Otis (formerly known as Richard)

Hello,

My name is Ron Teeple and I'm writing to update you on a black lab we adopted from you at the Woodstock Petsmart last month. His name was Richard when we adopted him, but we have re-named him Otis. He has really come into his own of late, fetching tennis balls and playing with our other dog Koko.
We took him to our vet regarding his heartworm positivity and she recommended putting him on Iverhart Max for six months and retesting him then. Thank you for your assistance during the adoption process and feel free to contact me if you have me any questions. I have attached some pics of Otis for you.

Buddy!
Just wanted to drop a quick line and let you know Buddy is doing fantastic. He has adjusted very well and REALLY enjoys going down to Paulding with me to visit my girlfriend. I have been workin with him almost every day and we have mastered sitting, laying down, and rolling over on command. I have heard him bark MAYBE 4 or 5 times since I got him, and always when we are playing. We went to the park today and he had a ball. He has a HILARIOUS fascination with the ducks at the pond. Enclosed are a few pictures that my girlfriend has taken of him. She is a photographer and thinks he is VERY photogenic. HA HA. Will send more as I get them!

February 2009

Hi,  She has really changed since we first got her. I have forgotten how fluffy she was.  Her hair is not as long as it used to be. She has really fit in our home perfectly. We couldn't be happier. She is so sweet and easy going. She has even befriended my 14 year old peek-a-poo. They love each other and she follows around my boys all over the house.  She loves to play with them.  They are not rough and tumbly at all but are very affectionate towards her as well.  Thank you again!

Here is a photo of her with my oldest and my peek-a-poo.

Take care, Melissa

Hi! My name is Kathy Maloney, I adopted a Dog then named Rover. Jan or Feb 07 at a Petsmart in Woodstock. I remember that day, I was suffering really bad from depression and I forced myself to drive to go anywhere. I lived in Kennesaw at the time and somehow God put me in the parking lot of a Petsmart Adoption day.

There was a very sweet, yet timid border collie, liver color. I feel in love with him so fast. You told me he was living in a home and trained. I said great, what about cats I have 3 cats. LOL!!! I named Rover Sebastain Spirit. He has pulled me out of my home bound depression. We were able to go home in May07 back to Tampa, Fla This is my first dog, being I was a cat lover. Sebastain is Awesome and I believe it was Gods will for me to adopt a wonderful companion. I am so grateful for my friend and companion. There has always been a connection, Sebastain still knows when to push me outside.

YES I give him haircuts regularly. The kids in the neighborhood walk him almost every day, he loves children. OH!! about the cats, he had to realize that cats rule. BUT not outside LOL!!!  The second day in Tampa, he learned how to swim in a lake and was chasing DUCKS never caught a duck. He did finally get tired. LOL!!!!!!! Sebastain gets to go to the Dog Park regularly and run and run. He loves a Tabby cat named Princess (adopted also) they eat together and sleep together.

Thank you so much Sincerely, Kathy

DUKE (formerly known as Leah Pup1)

Just wanted to give you guys an update on Duke (Leah pup 1). We purchased him Febuary of 2008 and he is doing awesome.

He now has a 1/4 acre of fenced in land and a heated/ cooled dog house.

Here are some pictures right after we got him. We will send you updated ones soon!!!!!

Thanks so much guys,  Kyle

Amy, we thought that you'd like to see a picture of Sherman. As you can see, he has grown tremendously since we picked him up last April. He is a very happy dog. He and our daughter Kelly's, Sheba are great buddies, despite her 13 years of age. We sang "happy birthday" to him this morning and put some extra goodies in his morning food bowl. We have enjoyed his addition to our home. When we are ready for another addition, we will check out your website. Blessings in 2009.
Sincerely, Margo and Douglas Monohan

Hey Valerie!
Just wanted to send you some pictures of the two "Sarah Pups" we adopted.  We named the black and white one "Otis".  The brindle and white one is "Duke".  They got fixed last week and are doing great.  I'll keep sending photos.  I hope that's okay!
Thanks again...

Valerie,

I think of your shelter often, especially around Christmas.  It's been almost 5 years since Yonah Bear came to live with us in NY.  She was almost 6 months old and being fostered by a family and I can only remember the father's name was Jim.  He also had a wife and 2 kids.  The 2 kids' names started with J also.  I remember my dog had died in October and I wasn't planning on getting another dog for a while.  I was looking thru Petfinder one day and found Yonah's picture.  She was the most beautiful puppy I had ever seen, all fluffy and brown with a black face and a big mane.  I fell in love.  I didn't know how but I was definitely gonna get that dog.  As it turned out, you and several people I never knew volunteered your time and cars and railroaded her up here to NY.

I was so impressed by the care and love she received that I also became a transport volunteer.  I wanted to give back what I had so generously received from strangers.  It was right before Christmas by the time she got here.  There was a huge snowstorm that weekend and she was overnighted (for several days) in Virginia.  I just want you to know that Yonah Bear is very happy here.  She barks at squirrels, birds, and cats.  She is spoiled rotten.  I wouldn't have it any other way.  People still ask me what breed she is.  She looks like a brownish chow but acts like a shepherd.  She was originally listed as shep/keeshond mix pup.  She does have purple spots on her tongue and she is a bit weird with strangers.  I don't know what I'd do without her!!  She is a joy for my family.  I still can't get over the fact that you drove 4 hours one way to make sure she get to the next driver!!  Thanks again,

Ann Jordan

Happy Thanksgiving from our house to yours.  Cedar is one thing we are so thankful for, among others.

Hi!  Thought you would like to know that we had Bocephas (Parker) DNA tested and he's a fabulous  combo- a Siberian Husky/Great Pyrenees mix (nothing else there, so his Mama wasn't a hussy!).  We decided that if there could be all of the other combo breeds like Goldendoodle, that he was a...Huskaneese!!!  How do you like that? :)  The vet is guessing about 70-75 pounds...we'll see about that!

Seriously, we love him so much!  He is getting better all the time (poop-wise).  He has had three trips to the vet to work on the giardia, and is now on a special food (Hills Science I/D) which is grossly expensive but seems to have taken care of his constant loose stool.  He had his first trip to the goomer today for a bath, nail clip, etc. and he was a perfect gentleman.

He and Maddie love each other dearly.  He has changed her life and ours.  Everyone that meets him loves him, and I cannot thank you all enough for taking him and having him in the right place at the right time for me to find him.  Guess that would be a God-thing, huh?

Thanks for what you do, Valerie!  It is at once wonderful and heartbreaking, but I thank you for having a burden for the poor animals of Pickens County that have nowhere else to go.

We are forever grateful!

Melissa Tkacsik

Ms. Dean & Pickens Animal Rescue-

I adopted 2 wiggly sister chow mixes from Pickens Animal Rescue foster
care in February 2008.  They have been nothing but a blessing in spite of
chewed up shoes and all.    We think they turned out to be Pekingese,
Terrier, with a touch of Chow, so we call them Tekingows.......or Pocket Chows.

Know that you all don't always get to see what happens to the rescued
puppies after you place them in other homes.  Since their 1st birthday is
coming up, thought you might get a kick out of seeing what our Christmas
Card looks like this year.  I also attached a copy of their photos that
you all put on Pet Finder in Feb '08 as a comparison since they have changed quite a lot !  (They have turned into Red Heads !)

Thank you for all you do and Happy Holidays!

Jan, Puji, and Beijing (Bebe)

Amy, We knew that you would want to have an update on "Sherman". He has really fitted in very well. He now weighs over 15 lbs., has thoroughbred looking legs, and loves to play with his new cousin "Sheba". Sherman and Sheba lick each others faces every morning and LOVE to play together.
We just returned from a trip to the beach. Sherman travelled very well in his crate; he had a marvelous time running in the water; he also found out that salt water is NOT meant for drinking! We are still working on the house training, but we are improving. He now sits on command, comes when you call his name. He's not wild about his leash and constantly tries to chew on it during walks. He is extremely skittish of loud noises, i.e. motorcycles going down the road, other dogs barking, when we are out for our morning constitutional walks. He is very affectionate and loves to get up on our bed in the morning for huggy time.
He has mastered his fear of steps and quickly runs up or down.
He has been treated for worms, round, flat and "cochcydia", ( I'm not sure of the spelling) and has been given a clean bill of health by our vet. These were discovered the day after our return from Jasper.
We are thoroughly enjoying the newest member of our family.
Thank you for taking such loving care of him before our adoption.
Blessings.
Margo Monohan

Valerie,

Hi!  Just wanted to give you an update on Blair.  She is a super sweet dog and she's getting more comfortable every day.  We've renamed her Zooey and we are working on teaching her some basic commands.  She picks up quickly and she's been absolutely wonderful in the house.  She and our other dog, Indy, get along fine.  We're hoping that as Zooey gets more comfortable, she will try playing with Indy a little and maybe take an interest in the toy basket, but for now, she just likes being our lap dog!  J

I am attaching a few photos of her and her new haircut.  Thank you again for letting us adopt her.  She is a wonderful dog!  J

Dear Rhonda,

I want to thank you for taking the extra time and effort to go home and bring Jeri to me. She is a special dog in my eyes. Wow does she learn quickly. I really enjoy her already and am so grateful to have her in my life. What a wonderful job you and the other volunteers have done with her.

In gratitude,

Kathy Moore

PAR,
We adopted Menoah last March after losing our dog Tanner.  We never thought another dog could come close to replacing her, but were we ever wrong! Before we adopted Noah, we had a new fence built, bought him a doghouse, and a great dog bed for inside. He loves his house, but much prefers the middle of our bed to that thing on the floor.  Some of his favorite things to do include riding shotgun in the truck with Dad around town and chasing deer that are bold enough to come close to the yard.  Eating blueberries when Mom is picking them has been fun too.

Many thanks to Amy Allen who did such a good job as his foster mom.  We can't imagine life without Noah!

 Hi Everyone at PAR!

I have attached some photos of our Brandy Brandy.  (She so big, you have to
say it twice!)  We adopted her from PAR in February of 2000 and as you can
see in the photos, she is one happy camper!  She loves to hang out with her
buddy Barney and our cat, Pee Wee and her favorite thing is to run along the
fence line chasing people walking by or riding their bikes.  She thinks
she's tough...as long as she is behind the fence, that is!  Her favorite
person is my husband Eric.  She was supposed to be my dog, but that changed
inside of a month.  She just loves her daddy!

Thank you for rescuing her so she could be with us and thank you for all the
wonderful work you do in Pickens County.  I have reading about some of the
problems going on there, but your group is one of the brightest spots on the
Pickens map.

God Bless all of you!

Biscuit is doing well and loves her new bed.  She has warmed up to our other dog.  The cats are still having a difficult time with her.  Hopefully in a few weeks they will have adjusted to each other.  I was a little surprised by that since we used to have a boxer.  Our previous dog passed away from old age.  The cats were accustomed to large dogs.

We have also decided to call Biscuit...Bell.  She seems to like the name and comes to it when called!  She has a great personality and follows me everywhere in the house. Bell is short for Jingle Bells since we got her in December and she hops around like a bell hop when she is excited.

Thanks and we will keep in touch.

Dear Rhonda,

I just wanted to let you know what a joy Hershey is! She did just
fabulous on our cross-country move to Tacoma, WA. She has done great
with potty training and is learning how to sit, lay down, give etc.

We figured out that she has some food allergies, which is what caused
the bare patches on her sides. Once we changed her food, that patch
filled in and she seems much happier!

She is convinced that she is a lap dog and loves to snuggle...she even
gives hugs! We are completely in love with her and are so happy that she
was rescued by your organization. I am attaching a picture of her for
you to post in your "Happy Tails" section of the web page.

Hi Rhonda,
Just wanted to let you know that Simone, who we have now renamed "Sammy,"
is doing great.  She is just the sweetest girl.  She's adapted so well, it's
like she's been here forever.  She and Bella are the best of friends.  In
fact, I actually have to stop them from playing sometimes if they wake up in
the middle of the night!  She comes when I call her, is very polite, and has
only had a couple of accidents in the house-both times when I was busy and
didn't get her out in time.  She now loves the doggie door and got the hang
of the pet boundary in one day!  She's also met all the neighborhood dogs
and gets along well with everyone.  We couldn't be happier.  Thanks again
for rescuing her so she could find her way to our family.
Best regards,
Susan Foster

Hello Valerie,

I just wanted to send you an update on our beautiful Boxer mix Koko.  She is doing wonderfully!  We have enrolled her in Doggie Day care.  She gets to go and play all day three days a week.  She is getting close to full grow and weighed in at 92lbs last week!!  Since we got her we have also adopted a small terrier mix we named Loki.  This brings our grand total up to four K-9 children!  Loki and Koko are the best of friends.  It is hilarious to watch them play.  Loki only weighs 18lbs, but you would never know it to watch them.  We just wanted to thank you again for giving us the opportunity to take this wonderful girl into our home.  She has truly enriched our lives!

Thank you for all you do!

I have included a picture of when we first got her (August 12th 2006) just for a comparison.

 Sincerely,

Kristy Verant  7/23/2007

Well it is day two with Cedar.  Joy just could not live with Crash or Dummy ,she said he deserves better than that <G> )  She walked him and said he was strong like the "cedars of Lebanon" and he is Cedar in color  - I guess it sounds like CD to him as he answer to it just fine.  Anyway the fact that she wanted to rename him and talked so much about it said to me she had really bought into the dog.  <G>

He sleeps on our lower level in the craft room which is about 25 by 15 and it is where Joy sews and does her crafts - Its just like the rest of the house except it has vinyl flooring and not hardwood like the rest of the house.  He has a large padded bed, a radio, air conditioning and a view of the creeks.

He seems to sneeze a lot and then cough but other than that he eats like a horse and really behaviors great - so far he just walks around the cats which makes Joy ecstatic G<>  She walked him 1/4 mile down our road by herself and has had him in the kitchen with her all afternoon .  He did fine on his own last night and while we went to church.  We have been grooming him a lot and we got a lot of under coat out so he really shines.  We have an appointment with our vet tomorrow afternoon so he will get the works.

So far it really appears that God found us or Joy the perfect dog. We appreciate your help and admire the work you do.  We will send pictures as we acclimate him to the cats, Ranger and the family.  Again thanks for your role in all of this.

God Bless
Richard

Thanks so much for checking on us.  R.J. is doing wonderful!  He definitely knows he is my boy and sticks by my side when at all possible.  We are crating him at night and giving him numerous potty breaks through the day.
He currently understands no and sit, and has already picked up on going to the kitchen door and sitting for a treat when he takes care of his business outside.  He loves the resident 10 year old hound dog (Ginger), which would
never admit it, but is starting to grow fond of him too!  Ginger greatly enjoys it when he licks inside her ears; and because of his potty training, she is getting to go outside every couple of hours ~ which she loves.  His
favorite toy is a small rubber ball and favorite puppy treat are those with bacon favor.  The most humorous thing is when Ginger curls up on his bed and he tries to play with her when she sleeps.  She growls at him but the whole time she is wagging her tail and giving him a doggy smile.

I am working out scheduling for some puppy and new owner training and plan to get that started in the next month.

Needless to say I am greatly enjoying R.J and I believe he is pretty happy too.

Blessings to you!
Sherry

Good to get your Email, Rhonda.  I'm sending along a few shots, so you can see how much Biscuit/Cotton has changed.  Also one of him saying good-bye to his wonderful foster mommy and auntie - will send separately, b/c have to format it differently.  He was sure one lucky puppy to have been rescued by such loving and caring folks.  When I think about his scary start in life, I just am amazed at how far he's come.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.

He "graduated" last week from Puppy Kindergarten, where we had a wonderful class with only 4 puppies, all about the same age.  You had given him a good start with learning to sit.  He now lies down, walks well on a leash, stays on command fairly well,  He is SO SMART, but can be feisty at times, true to his terrier roots!  Every evening for about an hour, he goes a little manic, racing through the house, sliding around the corners on the wood floors, grabbing one toy, dashing into his crate, dropping it, picking up another, and taking off again.  He can be SO FUNNY!  But at times he has reminded me of why women in their 60s don't have babies!  Thankfully, he was able to be house-trained very quickly (although at the time it didn't seem very fast!).  We had been home about 2 weeks and over the course of about 2 days he began coming to me and making cute little noises that were almost like talking to me that meant he needed to go out ... and that's his signal, which he ONLY uses for that purpose.  After that, there have been NO accidents, except one time when I didn't pay attention to him, thinking it was too soon after the last time ... he knew better than I did!

He's gained a good amount of weight ... at the one-month vet's checkup, he had gone from 16 lb (his weight on the 1st visit the day after we got home) to 22 lb.  I think it's all in his nose (MUCH longer), legs (MUCH, MUCH longer), and EARS (MUCH, MUCH, MUCH longer).  In fact, I'm considering changing his name yet once again ... to Dumbo!!  Part of it is that they no longer flop down at the tips the way they did when he was a little puppy.  Most of the time they stick straight up, and give him a very comical look.  Combined w/ the long, gangly legs, he is sort of like a gawky adolescent.  I have to laugh.  But I frequently get compliments from strangers: "What a pretty dog." "Nice dog ... what kind is he?"  Of course, their guess is as good as mine.  Book jacket of the book written by Oprah Winfrey's dog trainer, Tamar Geller, has a picture of the author and her two dogs.... one of them is what I think is the spittin' image of what Biscuit will look like as an adult dog.  I have to see if I can find out if it is a "breed" or a mutt. Picture of that dog is attached.

He has slept through the night since the very first night.  I got a borrowed crate to have upstairs near me in the bedroom ... I no longer shut the door on the crate... he just curls up in there.  He sleeps on blanket from you in there.  He often curls up during the day in his crate down in my study, where I spend a fair amount of time.  Got the "large" sized crate, instead of a medium, and glad I did ... when he stretches out, he goes end to end.  He likes coming w/ me in the car MUCH better than having to stay home in the crate... then he howls in protest, but is always quietly lying down when I get back.  I just can't trust him w/ the run of the house yet (worried about chewing more than eliminating).

He loves exploring with his nose to the ground (the terrier in him!) everywhere we go.  My backyard is full of all sorts of animal smells ... I have frogs in the pond, raccoons, a fox that comes through occasionally, skunks, rabbits, of course squirrels ... the usual array.  When we go out on the leash, I try to keep him calm and be proactive about NOT thinking small animals are things to chase!  My ex-husband used to encourage that behavior in our dogs (mostly labs), and I think it made them more aggressive.

He is a bit "barkier" than I would like, and I am hoping I can work on that.  Guess I can't expect perfection...

Enough gabbing.  I am very happy with him, and I think he is happy, too.  It is wonderful having that snuggly little guy next to me on the sofa (the one piece of furniture where he can come up) while I read or watch TV at night.

Hope all is well at that very special place with such very special people.

Lil Bear now named Ruby is doing just fine. She is a very smart girl and now has 2 brothers and a older sister.

Here are  2 pictures of her new back yard  that is 330 feet long and a recent picture of her. We will send pics as she gets older. We do need her rabies tag if it hasn't been sent already. Thanks for taking care of her.

Belle had an interesting night Saturday with about 12 of our closest friends and was pretty shy most of Sunday.  She had a total change of attitude Sunday evening which was quite curious.  If you remember we had really wanted her to like our two boys (ages 3 and 6), well when they came through the doors from Grandma's house, Belle's tail immediately started to wag and the 4 of them (Christian, Aaron, Belle and FoxE) all played tennis ball in the back yard and had an incredible time.  She has really come around though still a little shy around me (Mike) she is quite fond of Heather and the boys and her and FoxE are starting to really make friends.  Thank you so much for helping us make a great choice on a new family friend.  Here are a couple of pics from this weekend and we have some short videos of everyone playing if you have high speed access :)

Hi, I just wanted to give you a quick update on Jena, but we call her Maggie now. She's doing great and has adjusted very well. She's very loving and playful and most of all extremely smart. She's even figured out how to step on the garbage can peddle and open the lid to get a few extra treats. Her and her sister Molly get along well and look for one another when the other isn't around. We're so happy that she is part of our family. I've attached a few pictures so you can see how well she's doing and also there are a couple of pictures of Molly. Thanks for letting us adopt such a great dog.

We adopted Molly (formerly known as Brittney) from your rescue ranch in the end of February.  Well, I just wanted to tell you how happy we are with her, as she has made a great addition to our family.  The first few weeks were pretty hard, although she has always been a complete sweetheart.  But now I cant imagine life without her.  We get stopped everywhere we go by passer by's who want to pet her and ask what kind of dog she is.  Then you have your coonhound lovers who spot her right away and feel compelled to tell us about their coonhound stories.  Lots of people think we bought her from a breeder, and lots of people think that I spent a fortune on training her.  I tell them that we rescued her and that she's just calm by nature.  When I'm at the park, I let little girls walk her around because she is so calm.  Her favorite thing to do is go for car rides and let the wind flap around her big ears and lips.  It's quite a site.
So basically, we just wanted to say thanks for bringing Molly to us.

Molly was 51lbs when we adopted her.  She now weighs close to 58.  She's a big dog and I think she's gonna get bigger.  I've attached some pictures for you. Thanks again

We've named the puppy Layla and she is just adorable. She's been great, she's only had two accidents and it really was our fault. She whines and goes to the door when she needs to go out; her foster mom did a great job with her. We have already done her second round of shots and set up pet vet wellness for her at the Banfield clinic. Her check up turned out very good and the vet told us that she's very healthy girl.  We are crate training her and she already goes into the crate by herself. She's so smart, I feel like a new mom bragging at how smart their kid is but the truth she's awesome. We really couldn't ask for a better puppy.  We are very excited with our new addition!!!.
