Are You Ready to Adopt?

Adoption Requirements:

1. Each adopted animal must be furnished with a collar and ID tag at all times

2. All adopted animals must be kept in a fenced in area or on a leash at all times. Jasper does have a Leash Law - and even in the outer areas no animal should be allowed to roam in the streets where a Motor vehicle can cause harm or death to an animal. Remember Unleashed is Unloved.

3. In order for you to adopt an animal from us you must sign our Adoption Agreement.

FOUND PETS:

In order to claim a "found" dog or cat as your own, Pickens Animal Rescue will require proof of ownership.  This proof can be in veterinarian records for the pet, photographs over a period of time of the pet or registered Microchip information.

There will be a reclaim fee of $35.00 for any pet that is reunited with their owner. If additional medical expenses have been incurred by PAR due to the animals poor health or condition when found, there may be additional fees applicable.
